The object of the game is to get rid of the high cards (rats) and go for the low cards (cats). Sneak a peek, draw two, or swap cards mix it up for an added twist. Remembering where you put your face down cards is key as you try to swap them for the lowest cards you can find before shouting Rat-A-Tat Cat.
